I have an order that I'd like to process for a refund or exchange. How do I process my return?

We do not do exchanges. If you see an item you want instead, go ahead and purchase that item and then process the item you no longer want for a refund. It must be less than 7 days from the date that the package was delivered to be eligible for return, the tag must be intact, and there must be no damages to any of the products. There are no exceptions. Please refer to our refund policy for the full terms.

Can persons residing outside of the U.S. purchase from KENOCHA?

We apologize, currently KENOCHA does not offer shipping outside of the United States. We are working hard to add this option to our shop. Please check back and/or follow us on social media for information on when this shipping option becomes available with our shop.

Does KENOCHA restock items?

We try our best to restock popular items; however, not every item is available for restock.
